The
Chilli
waistcoat has been assembled using high specification
materials - coated nylon outer, a two-way zip, layers of breathable
thermal insulation and a soft nylon lining. Great care has been taken
to ensure the Chilli waistcoat is completely
safe to use. The heating elements in the garment are sandwiched between
layers of thermal insulating material to give a uniform spread of
heat over the entire warming area - so there are no hot spots that
could otherwise cause discomfort.

Chilli
Control system
has been specially constructed for ease of use under the harshest
conditions. The Chilli Control is fully
waterproof and its' unique design provides for one handed adjustment
enabling you to dial-in precisely the right amount of heat to suit
the prevailing conditions. The LED flashing display gives the user
visual feedback on temperature control, with the red light remaining
on at full heat.
