All prices shown include UK VAT where applicable.

Although we endeavour to keep this website up to date at all times,
Calamander Ltd reserves the right to change prices
at any time, without notice on this website.

VAT is chargeable on goods sent to all countries within the EU
except for the Channel Islands, or for sales where
a valid EU VAT Reg. No. is supplied by the purchaser.

To obtain the price without VAT,
for goods being sent to countries outside the EU,
multiply the price shown by 0.851065

Shipping Charges
we don't have a blanket carriage charge -
as a guide only, our shipping charges are based on the following:

Small or low value items (typically less than 200g & £10.00)
- Recorded Delivery: £4.00
Smaller items - Special Delivery (next day before 13:00): £6.50
Up to 2 Kg- Special Delivery (next day before 13:00): £8.50
Larger packages - 48 hour Delivery: £7.50 - £10.00
Larger packages - Next Day Delivery: £7.50 - £14.00

Some items are charged at higher rates when they require extra handling
- you will be informed at the time of ordering.

Next Day, by Noon: £15.00
Next Day, before 10:00 AM: £20.00
Next Day, by 9:00 AM: £30.00
Saturday Delivery: £20.00

These charges are applicable for the UK Mainland only.
For offshore, Europe and other countries, please confirm when ordering

Shipping
Despatch is normally within three working days from order except in the case of
payment by cheque where seven working days must be allowed for clearance.
Any delays in despatching goods will be advised.
Credit cards will not be charged until the goods are despatched,
except when otherwise advised by us.

Goods will always require a signature at the time of delivery
so please supply a delivery address address where someone
will be available to sign for the goods.
Varying methods of despatch are available,
from standard Post to Guaranteed Next Day Delivery -
this will be discussed at the time of ordering.

We do not make surcharges for payment by Card

We do not accept Amex, Diners or Electron cards

For Card orders please supply the following details:
Card Type and Number
Start Date & Expiry Date
For Switch cards only: Issue number
The Cardholder's name, as printed on the card
The complete address of the Cardholder (billing address)
A daytime contact telephone number.

Cheques
We can only accept regular cheques if they
are drawn on a UK Bank Account.

Goods will only be shipped after cheques have cleared

Paying by Bank Transfer
We can accept payment by direct transfer of funds
into our UK bank account.
